3rd Agape Mobile Clinic: Handicapped and Mentally Disorder Children Centre

Hi all. Yes, we have come to our third Agape Mobile Clinic mission trip to Handicapped and Mentally Disorder Children Centre in Kuala Terengganu. This centre has been operated for 11 years with 5 kids from the beginning.

Well, I can say that talking to those mentally disorder person is not easy. I think a lot of us got challenged. We started with praise and worship, the mentally disorder kids is either too active or too inactive. Actually they are not young at all, as most of them even older than us. While we are doing praise and worship, one of them suddenly ran out, hold my friend's hand and dance.

After the praise and worship, as usual, we started our mission activity such as hair cutting, nail cutting, the dentist do dental check. And this time, we are lucky to have a doctor-to-be to help us in doing health check on those mentally disorder kids.

And not to forget our purpose here is to save live. So we not only share to the care taker but to the mentally disorder kids. Haha...

Sharing to Peter
I would like to share the picture above. His name is Peter, slightly two years younger than me. We all like him as he is the one that is more communicable. We share gospel to him and he accepted it!! We even teach him to lay hand on others and teach him to pray. But I don't know if he will remember la~~ It is sympathy that his parent left him here, because he actually still can communicate, maybe it is just a bit slow.

This centre really need a lot of support as in medicine, food, daily stuff and etc. They did not have government funded at all!! This place is located at Padang Midin housing area, where the sign board did really good in direction us to reach their home location. Please click through the link below for more information.

Hope you will able to join us next time.
