普通面粉 Plain Flour 100g
水 Water 50-55ml
牛油 Butter 8g
糖 Sugar 5g
盐 Salt 1g
酵母 Yeast 1g
1. 把酵母和水掺在一起,另外在大碗里把普通面粉,糖和盐也掺在一起。
Mixture 1: Mix the water & Yeast: Mixture 2: Mix the plain flour, sugar and salt.
2. 把酵母水倒进掺好的面粉。揉面团。
Pour the yeast water into mixture 2 and knead.
3. 把面团揉均后,醒面30分钟。
After knead till all ingredient mix well, let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. 这时候把牛油加进来揉面至光滑。让它发酵至两倍 (45分钟 - 1小时)
Add in the butter and continue kneading till smooth. Then let it raise double (45mins - 1 hr)
5. 排气,滚圆,在往烤盘压扁。(烤盘上刷橄榄油方便脱模)
De-gas, round it, then spread and press evenly on the oven tray. (Brush some olive oil on the tray first)
6. 用叉子往压扁的面团上戳洞。
Use the fork to poke holes through out the dough.
7. 这时候你可以放你喜欢的配料在披萨底上。
You can put any favorite ingredient on the pizza dough.
8. 这是我放的配料:番茄酱,番茄,红葱,热狗,马苏里拉奶酪
Toppings: Tomato sauce, tomato slice, onion slice, sausage & mozzarella cheese
9. 烤190度, 20 分钟
Oven it at 190 degree for 20 minutes.
